Lorna Wolter, CPA

Lorna Wolter is a founding principal and partner A&A CPA, LLC who focuses on tax and accounting services for privately held businesses.

Lorna’s background is a blend of both public accounting, where she has been a Manager in Accounting Services and Tax, and in private business, where she was a Controller and CFO. As a result of these experiences, she has a unique perspective to offer her clients. She can assist not only with compliance issues but understands the challenges that stem from cash flow, employee benefits and retention, systems, and overall business management. Lorna also has extensive experience with accounting software systems, such as QuickBooks, Sage, and many others.

Lorna is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA). She is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society. Lorna holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Northeastern Illinois University.
