William Bratton, CPA

Bill is a founding member and partner of A&A with over 35 years of accounting experience.  He has expertise in financial statement preparation, tax planning, payroll, and human relation issues, as well as providing a big picture perspective to business management.  He adeptly simplifies complex, challenging business and managerial accounting issues so that his clients can have the knowledge that they need to make optimal business decisions.

Bill began his career auditing utility companies and took the best practices of larger companies to his clients when he moved to more broad entrepreneurial clients.  He has not only public accounting experience but he was also the financial manager of a personal and professional development firm where he got hand-on experience in creating budgets and hold departments accountable for their results.  He supervised a large and varied staff that not only delivered the programs but also maintained the premises.

Bill joined A&A over 4 years ago and took on transitioning several divisions of a large client from a static accounting system to an interactive-online system so that the owners could have real time results.  He has also untangled many payroll tax issues for new clients setting them up for a seamless payday.  Bill is the go-to Partner for individual income tax planning and has extensive experience in ex-pat income tax returns and planning.  Additionally, he has over 30 years of experience in accounting for real estate projects and has attended specialty training in this area for the past several years.
